How do I use the Answer Library?

The Answer Library section of your Trust Center is a tool for administrators and collaborators to look under the hood and see the question answer pairs that power the browser extension.

To add to your Answer Library via completed questionnaires: 

  1. Login to your Trust Center.
  2. Go to the Answer Library section.
  3. Click Import.
  4. Add the document file and click Continue Import.
  5. Find the document file (with the Action Required label) in the list of Questionnaire Imports at the top of the page and click Continue Import.
  6. Follow the steps below to select and label columns in your questionnaire.
  7. After the file processes, you will see your questions and answers populate in the table. This usually takes a few minutes.

You can also add to your Answer Library by adding a resource to the questionnaire category of the Resources section.

How do I select columns? 

  • After you click Continue Import, you will be prompted to label each column on your spreadsheet. 
  • Go through each tab and first check that the columns we were able to detect were labeled correctly.
      • The columns options are as follows:
        • Skip this column - This column does not have a question and is not a place to provide an answer. 
        • Question - The question to be answered.
        • Yes answers - Column where only “Yes” answers are provided.
        • No answers - Column where only “No” answers are provided.
        • N/A answers - Column where only “N/A” answers are provided.
        • Yes - No - N/A answers - Column where “Yes”, “No, or “N/A” are provided.
        • Answer text - Column where “Yes”, “No, or “N/A” as well as the answer notes/explanation are all combined.
        • Answer notes/explanation - Column where the answer notes/explanation are provided.
  • Then, label any relevant columns remaining using the drop down menu. 
  • If columns contain information that is not relevant, make sure the Skip this column option is selected.
  • Once all relevant columns in each tab of the spreadsheet are labeled, click Start import and Start.

To add individual answers to your Answer Library: 

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Click Add Answer
  4. Type the appropriate question and answer pair and save

To search your Answer Library:

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Begin typing into the box that says Search for a question or answer

To edit your Answer Library:

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Locate the answer you wish to edit and click on the Edit pencil
  4.  Click save

To remove answers from your Answer Library:

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Locate the answer you wish to remove and click on the trash icon
  4. Confirm you would like to remove the answer by clicking Remove

To add tags to your Answer Library:

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Locate the question and answer you wish to add a tag to
  4. Locate the answer you wish to edit and click on the Edit pencil
  5. Click into the text box underneath Tags and select a tag from the list or add a new tag by typing and clicking Add or pressing your Enter key
  6. Click Save
