How do I use the Answer Library?

The Answer Library section of your Trust Center is a tool for administrators and collaborators to look under the hood and see the question answer pairs that are powering the browser extension.

To add to the Answer Library: 

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Click Import
  4. Add the URL or document file and click Add Questionnaires
  5. Wait a few minutes for the file to process and then you will see your questions and answers populate in the table

You can also add to your Answer Library by adding a resource to the questionnaire category of the Resources section.

To search the Answer Library:

  1. Login to your Trust Center
  2. Go to the Answer Library section
  3. Begin typing into the box that says Search for a question or answer 

 

Coming soon: the ability to add, edit, and remove individual answers from your Answer Library!
