How do I use one-click NDAs?

For many companies sharing sensitive information, NDAs are a mission critical part of building trust. When sharing resources through your trust center, you can now require your customers to sign an NDA to have access to certain resources before receiving access.

Set up your NDA

  1. Log into your Trust Center as an Admin
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page
  3. From the menu that appears, click on NDA
  4. Click Upload NDA and select the file you'd like to use
  5. Click Preview to see how your NDA will be displayed to your customers
    1. If everything looks good, click Accept
    2. If you'd like to change the file, click on Replace File

Require NDA on a Resource

When you require NDA on a resource, customers who have access to that resource will be required to sign your NDA the next time they access that resource.

  1. Go to your Resources page in your Trust Center
  2. Click the ... to open the Edit panel for that resource
  3. Click Require NDA and select Yes
  4. Click Save.

Update your NDA

  1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page
  2. Click on NDA
  3. Click Update NDA
  4. Select which file you'd like to replace the NDA in effect
  5. Click Accept

View Signed NDAs

  1. Go to your Resources page in your Trust Center
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click on the arrow next to Agreements

Signed NDAs will automatically be added as private resources to the Agreements category in your Resources. The signed NDA will be accessible to the user who signed that resource to download.
