The FAQ section of your Trust Center allows you to reach your customers fast and inform them by posting answers to commonly asked questions related to security.
- To create an FAQ item click Add FAQ and this will open up the edit panel.
- Add the FAQ by entering in the Question and Answer.
- Set the visibility to either Public or Private.
- Select a category for the FAQ to be added to on your page.
- When you're finished click Save to publish the FAQ item.
