Getting up and running with your Trust Center can be quick and easy by understanding the steps to publish your page in minutes. In this Onboarding Guide, we'll walk you through the steps to set up your newly claimed Trust Center.

Add your teammates

Publish your posture

Your security Overview, Resources, Roadmap, and FAQs make up your security posture.

Add items to your Overview

The Overview is where you’ll find a summary of your company’s security posture. This section outlines what you've built, and helps customers and prospects feel comfortable with the measures you're taking to protect their data. It’s also the first thing your customers and prospects see when they visit your Trust Center!

The Resources section allows you to publish trust-related content like documents, certifications, white papers, and questionnaires directly to to your Trust Center. Enable prospects and customers to view public documents, or share private resources securely to help you automate the process of sharing commonly requested information.

Add to your Roadmap

Easily communicate what you're prioritizing by sharing your security roadmap. Post about improvements to security features, compliance certification updates, and overall business and product improvements.

Get out ahead of commonly asked questions by posting your FAQs directly to your Trust Center. Allow customers to find the information they need in a self-serve manner, and avoid the need for full security reviews, by showing you’re an expert on security related topics.

Customize your Trust Center

Customize your branding

You can customize the look and feel of your Trust Center to match your brand with our easy-to-use Customize feature.

Update your subheading

Provide your Trust Center visitors with a quick overview of your security policies. Updating your subheading is a great way to let your brand voice shine through, and set the tone for your Trust Center visitors.

Set up a custom domain
