How do I create a custom category or topic?

Add a category or topic to your Trust Center that is not available by default.

Create a custom welcome message like Cognota, or rearrange topics within brand-new categories to align with the way your company talks about security.


To add a custom category or topic: 

  1. To add a new category or topic click the Manage > Categories & Topics while logged in to your Trust Center.
  2. Click + Add Category to add a custom category.
  3. Open the Open Categories panel and click + Add Topic to add a topic to an existing category.
  4. Click + Add Category to add a custom topic to a previously unused category.
